Gunnar takes a logical, simple approach to fitness, without all of the added hype. His plan is easy to follow, and he offers several different excercises for each muscle group. He re-caps each chapter with a handy chart to use as a reference guide on each move. The plan is not intimidating, realistic, offers variety, targets all muscle groups, and WILL WORK if followed.
