It gives a great quick study of what you need to do to plan out your meals, shopping & necessary preparations for a week in the Zone. It looks to be easily adjusted from week to week. There are alot of easy zone meals that give you a great start on the zone. I would recommend this book if you are interested in this kind of diet. I believe it to be a very healthy way to eat.
