It helps you understand why you feel they way you do and how to think and feel better. Rating: - Good concept; poor presentationI liked the book. I learned things from the book. The writing style and presentation are offputting - it seems a collection of classroom lectures more than a self-help book. Rating: - Woulda,Coulda, Shoulda: Overcoming Regrets, Mistakes, and Missed OpportunitiesThe book had a lot of useful information that is useful and helpful to overcome many problem in our daily lives, but the book is a vey dry read and takes a bit of patience to follow the author at times.
