Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Excellent Guide for First Time Coaches
As a first time coach I had little idea what to expect when preparing for coaching a T ball team. This was a perfect guide to organize with and prepare the team for a season. I have worked through the five practices now and have gained confidence in running the team based on the guidelines presented in this book. I would recommend it to anyone who needs to coach a team. It truly is a step by step guide so is invaluable for a first time coach.
