The cases are right out of the ED, telling you what you need to do first and how to proceed, the exact things you will be asked by attendings. Ever since I purchased one for my Psych rotation, I've been hooked since. The sections start off with a case and let you come up with the diagnosis and treatment plan before turning the page.
