Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - one of the world's best English Language Learners' dictionaries
This is very helpful for learners of English as a foreign language (EFL) as well as English as a second language ESL. It comes with an interactive CD that is most useful.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - easy to understand to ESL people
