The difficulty is average and everybody who had learned english in school before should be abled to learn and improve. I think it is really helpful that CD`s are added and that you can check the answers in the back. If you try to learn the schemes and structure of notes and how to create a good outline it will make it easier for you to succeed in the actual TOEFL test.
