Rating: - Too thickHow many pages do you really need to learn how to sit around and wait for an ambulance to show up? I hate to amend my review with anything suggesting more material in what should be a pamphlet sized production, but why not a chapter on things to discuss while waiting for the ambulance? Maybe some jokes to tell or secret languages to speak so the patient can't understand you while you talk amongst yourselves?
