 Rating: - interesting, but my copy was missing pagesThis book has a lot of interesting ideas, but my copy was missing pp 42-43, 46-47 (just blank) and there was wrinkles in the paper on some of the pages like it came out of the press wrong or something. I should have returned it but I was too lazy and I just bought the book on a whim, not anything in it that I desperately needed. Caveat emptor (I'd recommend getting it thru interlibrary loan if you are interested).
