Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Great
This book is a great learning tool and reference book into the world of Sign
Language. The other thing that I really liked was the cost of the book from
Amazon vs. my college book store it was amazing!

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - I use it as a supliment in intermediate class
As a sign language instructor, I do not use this book for my beginning ASL Class. I use "A Basic Course in American Sign Language". After students complete the beginning course and move into the intermediate class I use "Learning American Sign Language" as a review which ultimately takes them into the intermediate level. Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - This book is AWESOME!
This Book was sent on time, before my class started. It's in great conditions, and it's just wonderful!!

Rating: 3 out of 5 stars - ASL Book
the book was fine in quality- took too long to ship. took several weeks to recieve. unacceptable.

Rating: 3 out of 5 stars - Not great, but not bad either!
I definitely recommend a different book -- not this one to start off with. The drawings are sometimes hard to understand. I have taught ASL to hearing adults and this would not be my first choice to start off with. I liked a different book that I recently reviewed. The title escapes my mind, but check out my other reviews and find the five-star review :)
