Very good, though a bit tough to connect with her work there (versus when she had her own organization). This is a companion to the book, which tells the delightful story of her work to join with the staff of her church as a volunteer. Systems oriented. Integrates the field of volunteer administration with spiritual giftedness. Can be a bit overwhelming because of its depth, but still very good. Rating: - Equipping Church Guidebook,TheThis is a thoughtful,practical and biblical approach to developing,implementing and improving Lay Ministry programs. If I had to get rid of all of my Lay Ministry resources but one - this is the one I would keep. This is very practical yet does not pretend that "one size fits all." There are samples of handouts from various churches of all sizes and denominations.
