Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Practical and a well of resources
Bought this for my Homiletics class and found it to be very comprehensive and full of ideas. As preaching is more of an 'Art' as the title suggests, the diversity of inputs is greatly appreciated and is invaluable to finding a style that suits me and also to learn from where others have found success. Highly recommended.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - First Class
This is an A-1, first class book. Very inspiring and worth every bit you pay for it. We need better preachers and this book will for sure help you be one!

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - great book
this was an excellent book on preaching. it taught me so many things. i do not agree with everything, but most of it was excellent. i would strongly encourage you to buy it.

The reviewer had to read the book for a seminary preaching class. It was somewhat tedious reading this long book cover to cover. This is expected when there is such a vast number of author writing, but this cross-over isn't ... Read More
