![]() Rating: - great book!Andy does a great job with this book. It's very short and easy to read. Might want a book that goes a little deeper, but it's a good overview on vision through organizations. Highly recommend! Rating: - This Book Will Stick With MeAt the close of each year through the first few weeks of the following year, I prayerfully seek God's will and desire for our church. I find myself reading through the Scriptures with an intentionality of understanding what God has for the church in general as well as our church specifically in where we are located. God brings along books to me as well that are priceless. The latest book is Making Vision Stick by Andy Stanley. Having only read one other book by Stanley (Visioneering) ... Read More Rating: - Making Vision StickA quick read and to the point. I have already put into practice some of the sound advice from this book and will continue to refer to it. I am casting vision for my church and this book has reminded me of the importance of communicating the vision and working with my leadership team to promote it at all times and at all levels of the church. Rating: - Small but HelpfulI wanted to help people catch our ministry's vision. I trusted Andy Stanley to help me. He did. I was surprised when I opened the envelope and saw a tiny book. I read it in less than an hour. Because I am so busy, it's brevity was a blessing! I recommend that you buy the book used. It is priced high for being such a small read. Rating: - Rehashed stuff...I found this book to be sort of a rehash of Visioneering. Don't get me wrong, it wasn't word for word, but the principles were there in condensed form. It seems like all the Leadership books are becoming redundant. This one was blaise' at best for me. Sorry. I usually like what Andy Stanley writes. In association with Amazon.com | |
