I ordered it one day shipping because I wanted it the first week of school and they didn't attempt to deliver it until 2 weeks later, at which point I wasn't home during the day (IN SCHOOL) to sign for it. Amazon promptly refunded the cost. Anyhow, I purchased the book at my school bookstore for $190. The book is really nice, it has some good features, like detailed chapter summaries.
