This book is packed with wonderfully vibrant, colorful, informative pictures. The text is clear and concise and quite well written. The pairing of the two makes the material completely accessible for everyone; from a well-trained practitioner to someone just interested in learning more about histology.
The color photos really are works of art!

Forget about "USMLE Road Map: Histology", "Rapid Review: Histology and Cell Biology ", "BRS Cell Biology and Histology" and "High-Yield Histopathology" - this book is much better and all you need for the coursework and for the USMLE step 1!
Actually, on the boards there are no histology MCQs - still, you need to know histology in order understand pathology (when you are a beginner) and (what's much more important, when you are preparing for the USMLE Step 1) to learn how to "read" microsopic ... Read More
