What can I say? This is, in my humble opinion, the best book in the secret series. It can easily be used as the sole resource for this subject. While not as extensive as Sapira or DeGowin, it covers more material than Bates or similar. I also think the inclusion of some EBM with sensitivity, LR etc. is a very good idea. While not as extensive as McGee in this regard, it gives one a good start in this direction. The auscultation course (heart sounds and respiratory sounds) that is included in this ... Read More
