This is following along in the "Current Therapy" series and is an excellent review of concepts in critical care and trauma. The chapters are well organized, fairly thorough, and give a good summary of the current recommendations for trauma care. Included is a good review of critical care concepts. A definite must for anyone who is rotating through a trauma service or a community general surgeon needing a good refresher in trauma, acute care concepts.
