I expected a college level course and text to be more advanced, but I have to agree that this text is a bit confusing. If the tests were based on the text alone, I do not think I would do well on them. Thankfully, my notes from lecture and use of the study guide are saving me. We were advised to have the book to look up topics in more detail. We were also advised to study the chapter review questions, as they were used as test questions. The book utalizes real cases and situations to explain virtualy every topic. The text is presented in a very clear and concise manner and applies to Business Law as practiced in America today. It would try to explain things in to much detail, thereby confusing the hell out of you.
