Editorial Review:

Product Description:
This text/atlas is a comprehensive guide to interpreting radiographic images of the biliary tree and pancreatic duct. It thoroughly describes and illustrates the entire gamut of normal and abnormal endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatographic (ERCP) findings and correlates these findings with the results of complementary computed tomography, ultrasound, and magnetic resonance imaging studies. Emphasis is on identifying ERCP patterns to facilitate differential diagnosis and clinical decision-making. The book contains more than 400 outstanding images, including films meticulously obtained during ERCP examinations and CT, ultrasound, and MR images made with state-of-the-art techniques.Coverage encompasses the full spectrum of biliary tree and pancreatic duct pathology, including imaging findings related to AIDS and liver transplantation. Extensive differential diagnosis tables are included. Where appropriate, the authors describe new endoscopic interventional techniques and new imaging procedures such as magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography (MRCP). The book also provides detailed instructions for ERCP filming to obtain high-quality images.
