Editorial Review: Product Description: This title in the Foundations of Neuropathology Series packs all of the field's essentials into one value-priced volume. A templated, full-color design and a multitude of tables make it the perfect way to review all of the most important aspects of neuropathology. For each entity, the authors examine clinical features, pathologic features (gross and microscopic), ancillary studies, differential diagnosis, and prognostic and therapeutic considerations. Full-color illustrations demonstrate the nuances of a full range of findings.

There are a lot of tables and excellent photographs. I found this book to be very helpful on my neuropathology rotation. Rating: - Not badNot bad with fine big size good quqlity illustrations but falls somewhat short due to its brevity. Too much non tumour pathology and not enough tumour pathology if we take into consideration the daily practice of a general pathologist. Rating: - From surgical pathologistThis book is excellent a must have for all pathology residents. My only objection is the poor quality of some pictures in the chapter non glial tumors. Rating: - Fantastic review textThis is an excellent book. It has been written in a succint, straight-forward manner. It serves as an excellent primary educational tool for anatomic pathology residents learning fundamental neuropathology. The summary tables, large, clear color images, and well-referenced text make this the perfect resource for the day-to-day practice of neuropathology. In association with Amazon.com | |
