Rating: 1 out of 5 stars - Common Sense
My biggest problem with this book is that the treatment contained therein claims to help a host of broad problems. It seemed like another gimmick and there is no point to finishing the book if you already know about the food pyramid and proper common sense in taking care of yourself.

Even if you don't read anything in the book, the diet is more than helpful; I think that understanding of this diet is essential if you have this problem. It will make a difference; for me the difference felt life ... Read More

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Excelent!
Exclent book on the subject. Very thorough, very objective with a lot if hints.
I recomend it.

It is very convenient to come up with a vague diagnosis for vague symptoms. There is very little hard evidence to support this diagnsosis. I am sure that there are people who are sensitive or allergic to yeast who feel much better when they avoid it. I think the problem is that anyone who doesn't feel good has symptoms that fit into those attributed to this problem. Testimonial benefits are worthless. Watch late night TV for diet products, hair growth products, etc... if you doubt that. I do ... Read More
