It seemed like another gimmick and there is no point to finishing the book if you already know about the food pyramid and proper common sense in taking care of yourself. It will make a difference; for me the difference felt life ... Read More Rating: - Excelent!Exclent book on the subject. Very thorough, very objective with a lot if hints. I recomend it. I think the problem is that anyone who doesn't feel good has symptoms that fit into those attributed to this problem. Testimonial benefits are worthless. Watch late night TV for diet products, hair growth products, etc... if you doubt that. I do ... Read More In association with Amazon.com | |
