Very useful. Anyone and everyone will easily put this book to immediate use. You need this book and ought to keep it with you when you travel (I like the fact that it is compact and will fit nicely in the car). Get it.

This book is very informative and well organized. It is easy to read and gives excellent, helpful, detailed solutions for nearly every imaginable medical problem, as well as information on when to see a doctor.

I bought this book after getting fed up taking myself to the doctor to hear that it is just a bad cold or something that could be remedied at home. I had the wonderful experience of letting myself get addicted to nasal decongestant. Not the saline spray! I know that my body can become resistant to antibiotics and the side effects are scary!

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Cheaper than a doctor, and more fun!
This book is an excellent source of information, with thousands of direct-to-the-point pieces of advice that are apparently effective (at least those remedies that I tried worked.) The doctors' advice is clear, direct and absent of techincal medical terms. It's a "do this" and "here's why" kind of advice rather than a lot of theory.
