![]() Rating: - Excellent short book addressing sleep research pre-1980This is an excellent book that sleep researchers, clinicians, health care professionals and the public can rely upon to learn about earlier times in sleep research and sleep medicine. It is written in a very engaging format, provides enough detail about "the basics" (for its time) and Dr. Dement shares many interesting stories about earlier projects. A very delightful short read which ought to remain part of the important history of sleep medicine. Thumbs up! In association with Amazon.com | |
