Purchase this book if you need in-depth knowledge in the area of sleep medicine. Online access to the book and periodic updates are a good idea and are available with one version of the book. There have been a significant number of updates over the last two years. There is additional information on the web site beside the text. This was one of the most essential books I found when studying and passing my Sleep Registry for the first time. Although it was just one of many study materials used, it was a must have for the updated and extent of information it provided.

I RECIEVED THE BOOK IN A TIMELY FASHION AND IS A GREAT BOOK, BUT IN THE DESCRIPTION SAID I WOULD BE RECIEVING A CD-ROM WITH IT, BUT I DID NOT. I DO NOT KNOW OR UNDERSTAND WHY IT DID NOT DUE TO MY FRIEND ORDERING THE SAME BOOK AND HIS CAME WITH THE CD-ROM???
