I like that it was broken down into muscle groups and showed all the different ways to stretch. Rating: - Not for beginnersHas a good description of the exercise, but does not give you a good guidance on how to plan an exercise routine and dangers or contraindications of the exercise. Rating: - Great book!As a Licensed Massage Therapist knowlegable with Anatomy I really like this books simplicty showing groups of muscles related with variouse streches. Its great at the end of my sessions for review. I can give clients informed ideas for different streches and know that I am specificaly addressing the tense muscles and tight tendons that I identified threw my massage sessions.
