Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - The traitors among us.
Most popular espionage novels, those written by Frederick Forsyth for example, feature intelligence agents with remarkable skills. Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Late Work, But Not Too Shabby
Graham Greene (1904-1991), who was one of the more illustrious British writers of the 20th century, enjoyed a very long life, and a long, prolific writing career, during which he gave us "The Power and The Glory,""The Third Man," "The End of the Affair,"and "Our Man in Havana," among many other well-known masterworks. Rating: 2 out of 5 stars - Disappointing
For what it is, and when it was written, this is not a bad book at all. However, I think by today's standards it's a bit of a let down. Personally, I was looking for something more like Forsyth, with action and plot twists as well as details about the intelligence world, and was disappointed.
