In What Your Doctor May Not Tell You About Pediatric Fibromyalgia, an exclusive, original eBook from iPublish.com at Time Warner Books, St. Amand offers the first effective protocol for reversing the autoimmune disorder fibromyalgia: an alternative program that uses guaifenesin, a common ingredient in cough medicine. This inexpensive medication, available in both prescription strengths and over the counter, has successfully eliminated symptoms in an astonishing 90 percent of his patients' cases. In this landmark eBook, parents can discover: · Why pediatric fibromyalgia is often not diagnosed · How to help your children cope with symptoms before guaifenesin takes full effect· The link between pediatric fibromyalgia and hypoglycemia>· Guidelines to determine the proper dose of guaifenesin for your children Inspired by his own fibromyalgia to find a treatment, Dr. St. Amand spent four decades researching his revolutionary program, which treats the causes of the condition, not just the symptoms. An assistant clinical professor at the Harbor-UCLA Medical School Department of Endocrinology, Dr. St. Amand is the country's foremost expert and evangelist on this devastating disease, which continues to confound mainstream medicine.

My son had trouble concentrating in school & staying focused.... I read this book & knew my son fit the profile for pediatric fibromyalgia. (My mother, sisters, & I also have fibromyalgia.) I started my son on guaifenesin (as recommended by Dr. St. Amand in the book), & now he is able to sit for long periods reading & doing homework without constant supervision. This book is a wonderful resource. I highly recommend it.
