The book is informative and incredibly simplistic, it's about as easy as it gets learning about such a complex subject. From taking the class at UC Irvine, I know that it definitely relates to the lectures from professor Hung Fan... The book is easier to understand than his lecture material! Rating: - A book that is continuously updatedAn amazing book. I came to know it by being a student in the class that the authors teach at UC Irvine--AIDS Fundamentals (by far the most informative and interesting class I have ever taken). I read the second edition, originally--the great thing about this book is that it is consistantly updated textbook--if you read each edition as it appears, you keep up with the developments.
