![]() Rating: - It's the only choiceThis is the textbook that all EMT-B classes use, it's really the only choice you have. I found the companion study guide very helpful for studying. The 9th edition includes a CD and the on-line resources were great too. I especially like the chapter on Terrorist response, rather interesting comment about society and the times we live in. Rating: - All-In-All a good book for an EMT-B CourseThe book is pretty straight forward and has decent presentations for learning the skills necessary to become a National Registered EMT-B. The book tends to be slightly redundant in certain areas when page references would have worked better. Some inconsistencies were discovered using the companion Workbook, but nothing the instructors couldn't get past. Actually, it was further encouragement for the students to finish their assignments diligently while "hunting" for more inconsistencies. ...
