![]() Rating: - Great BookThose of you who like Schriers style will love this book. Its comparable to the Kidney Primer and in many ways much more readable but may be too much information for residents on some topics. Its a toss up between this and the Kidney Primer if you want an introduction to nephrology. Personally I prefer the primer but I also love Schrier's Renal and Electrolyte Disorders. Hope I havent confused you though!! Rating: - HIGHLY RECOMMENDEDThis is an excellent handbook edited by a world famous authority in nephrology; Dr. Schrier. This book is a must for house-staff, especially residents doing nephrology rotation. Also this is the most recent of all nephrology handbooks available and is upto date in the continously changing world of medicine. In association with Amazon.com | |
