Rating: - What if...you spent your money and time on this?What If?: Civil War collects various What If? one-shots, including Annihilation, Civil War, Planet Hulk, Spider-Man VS. Wolverine, and Rise and Fall of the Shi'ar. With that knowledge alone, that should tell you whether or not this TPB is worth a look or picking up, and while some of the stories featured here are definitely worth a look, a majority of what you'll find here just isn't worth your time.
