 Rating: - I love ponies! By Kellie and her MomIt is a very nice kind of book because it is about ponies. There is a good adventure for Ellie. Sundance is a nice pony. The thing that is sad is when the pony gets stuck in the hole. It has a happy ending and now I would like to read all the other books in this series. I am 7 and a half years old and this is the first chapter book I have read from beginning to end. Rating: - Good for early readersI purchased this book for my pony-crazed 7-year-old daughter, who reads at a 3rd grade level. This has been a great chapter book for her--challenging without being frustrating. And the fact that it's about a pony-crazed princess has kept her interested, even though she reads me only one chapter each night. She's looking forward to reading about each of the ponies, as they get featured in future books.
