Rating: - Does its job pretty wellFor beginning blood bankers this is quite a valuable textbook. The topics covered are comprehensive in knowledge and fairly well organized. Like all textbooks that are written by multiple authors, some chapters are more difficult to follow than others, but I believe Mrs. Harmening did a commendable job editing the book. It was written by several authors, including Harmening. This probably accounts for the confusing flow.
