 Rating:  - Not pleasedI am not happy to report that we never received the book we ordered. We ordered the book on August 4, 2007 and told shipment would arrive by August 24th. On August 24th, we wrote in that we had not received the book. We never received a response from Amazon. On August 26th a duplicate of the book had to be purchased from the University Bookstore as the school term had begun and we were still without the needed book. The only positive thing I can say is that after submitting a claim on the purchased ...
