It is not exhaustive by any means, but grapples with the most basic and difficult areas thoughfully throughout a host of varying issues related to leading the congregation This book is excellent for a new minister, a great book for those with some experience, and could be used as a reference for seasoned leaders to get "another viewpoint" on a particular issue. ... Rating: - A Blessing for All Church LeadersThis book is a blessing for ministry students and experienced leaders as well. I read the book as if the author was the mentor and I was the student. I can confirm the experiences the author shares and I learned so much more. In the future I will use this book as reference material because there is such a wealth of practical information that you cannot get anywhere else. This book would be a great gift for someone considering the ministry. Rating: - Great Book! This is an excellent book for any seminary student. Dr. Bisagno provides xcellent practical information as to how churches really work. This is information that is not taught in seminary, but a very pragmatic approach to ministry.
