 Rating:  - Great CookbookI bought this cookbook for my 25 year old son. Every Sunday he and his girlfriend pick out a different recipe and try it. So far everything has been great. Rating:  - Game days taste much better!Since receiving this book we have now made several dishes each week of the season. Each recipe gets better and better. I hope to make our way thru most of them before the season is over. I highly recommend this book. Rating: - Extra Point BBQ Rub - the best!I made the extra point barbecue rub and it was delicious. I've used it on ribs and pork chops, it's been great on both! My other favorite was the Midfield BBQ Sauce, it's made with V-8 juice (I use the spicy hot), yum-yum. The menus are geared toward the names of the teams. For example, the food suggested for an Arizona Cardinals game is suited for the southwest cuisine.
