This book was required by my High School Freshman's English teacher. The need to expand a teenager's vocabulary is always there. The book is useful and appropriate for my teenager.

I am trying to obtain vocabulary level of GRE. And "Basic Word List" is an ideal tool for this. When I encounter unfamiliar words in Business Week magazine, I try to find such words in this book.
