I am still working on either getting a refund or getting the book. At any rate, I do NOT recommend this seller at all. She failed to send my item and she failed to respond to my email. Chapter 4 starts on page 38 just 5 pages later. What happened to chapter 1, 2, and the first part of chapter 3? Are all of the publications of this book like this?
