This book has some good insights, allowing a minister to have a better grounding in what it means to conduct ministry activities and retain good ministry attitudes.

This book focuses on the American minister. The fact of its focus is fine; a side-effect, though, is that it puts the clay in the kiln about how a church and its leader should function.
