They are more thorough than ordinary subject reviews but less complex than voluminous study guides. Numerous solved problems accompany the review and bring it to life. The Statistics Super Review includes frequency distributions, numerical methods of describing data, measures of variability, probability, distributions, sampling theory, statistical inference (large and small samples), general linear model inferences, experimental design, the chi-square test, and time series. Level of concepts covered ranges from beginning to advanced. Exercises and quizzes enable students to check whether they have learned what they need to know, whether they understand the subject and have command of it. Average Rating:
![]() Rating: - Too throughAll topics are covered to the extend that by the time I got through I already forgot what I was studying, but that can be a good thing for certain people. There are many informations that are downplayed on the exams. The practice multiple choice is a little easier that actual exam. The practice free response is too simple and narrowed. Rating: - its okI pretty much only did the practice tests. those were good, but I cannot comment on the actual text. I did not experience the "learning process" from the book. VERY REGRETFUL! i think i wasted my money on it. typical of a book from REA, - no offense to the company, by the way - this book contains a lot of misinformation, typos, lacking contents, etc... even after ... Read More Rating: - Only one step down from The Barron's AP Statistics Book.Well organized and has and excellent selection of test questions. I use this book only slightly less often than the Barron's book. In association with Amazon.com | |
