![]() Rating: - Great review, many practice testsI love this book because it provides several practice tests and succinct reviews of information. I recommend it to all my friends who are taking the GRE. Rating: - Great reference for GREI took the GRE twice within two months. November 2009 and again in Dec 2009. Princeton Review was right on my score difference. My 2nd test scores wasn't as good. This book is an easy read with some humor in it. The writers do a good job building your confidence. I haven't done an online course before and didn't get the book until late. I have had excellent luck with Amazon's used book outlet and decided to give it a try for the GRE text. I was please to find the text at such a reasonable price. It was delivered with in 3 or 4 days. I didn't lose any time going through the Amazon used book service. Thanks! Rating: - Just on the markThe book contains, among other things, previous years sample tests on GRE. Form this point of view, one can practice 'real tests' and get quiet an accurate understanding of what the real GRE looks like. I named the review 'just on the mark' because I think the book is just on the mark of what one needs to sufficiently prepare for the targeted GRE score. Rating: - Not the best book for info & study techniquesI recently took the GRE and had purchased both this book and the Princeton Review Cracking the GRE ('06 edition which is virtually the same as '10 edition). ETS does contain several practice tests (most w/o answer explanation), however, I would HIGHLY recommend you purchase the PRINCETON REVIEW instead. ETS does not give nearly as good an overview of information you will need to study or study/ test-taking techniques. Also, ETS does not include very many practice test answer explanations (which you'll ... Read More In association with Amazon.com | |
