![]() Rating: - Good place to start...If you're trying to learn about amino acids this book is a good place to start. At just over 100 pages it's a bit short. For instance, the amino acid serine is covered in seven lines. It's also approaching 20 years old. Having said that it still provides a lot of useful info. And combined with "The Amino Revolution" by Robert Erdmann, PH.D., it can give you a pretty good idea of the potential benefits of amino acid supplementation.
