 Rating:  - Goodthe only issue is that the customer should be given the option of shipping overnight by UPS or fedex or USPS next day. Rating:  - Well written, even in the unnecessary partsThis book is written well and the finish is good, however certain parts of the book do not need to take up an entire chapter. Definitely a broad overview type of book. Also, the use of certain figures/charts is excessive at times. Rating: - Internal AuditThe book is set up very well and it is an easy read. Great diagrams and flowcharts. However, it can be a little repetitive. Overall a good textbook.
