![]() Rating: - not even close to newWhen I ordered the book I was told it was in perfect condition. It might have left that way, but it didn't arrive that way...The top and bottom right hand corners are bent and the cover is torn. There is also a lot of black stuff on the front cover and edges of the pages. My guess is that this is due to the way it was packaged for shipping. The book measures 8 1/2"w x 11 1/2"h x 1/2"d. The box it came in measures 14"w x 12"h x 3"d and it did not have any packing material inside. My guess is it traveled ... Although the textbook was helpful, this workbook offered many additional study problems that complemented the textbook. The workbook does not really explain any of the answers, which can make it hard to grasp a concept if you don't have something more detailed ... Read More Rating: - Excellent ReviewThe book is an excellent guide to obtaining a CPhT, it really does review all the pharmacy technician work and is repetitive enough to be informational but not repetitive enough to be annoying. I would recommend this workbook to anyone. Rating: - NOT a 'Study on You Own' ReviewThis book would probably be a good review IF and only IF you have a hard text that goes along with it or you have attended a school for pharm tech for 2 yrs. This is a workbook ONLY and it doesn't explain the answers and some of the questions involve things that is I have never heard of and there was no way to figure it out without another source to go to. So IF you buy this book, make sure that you have the text book that goes along with it (and I don't know what that is) because if you are studying pharm tech on ...
