The illustrations are very cheesy, but this book is informative, easy to read, and gives hope that you can actually DO the protocol. The pictorial lists of foods that you can eat and foods you must avoid on the elimination diet make them easy to remember, and I think this book will make it easy for my daughter's baby sitter to implement the diet ...
