Following the clear, step-by-step format that has made the other books in this series so popular, Horses includes just about every type of horse a child can imagine, from circus to rodeo horses, Mustang, Palomino, Arabian, Appaloosa ... even horse relatives such as a donkey and a zebra! Each drawing starts with simple shapes and ends in full color, guaranteeing hours of fun--and some great drawings! Average Rating:
![]() Rating: - Just Thrilled with This!My daughter, she's 8, has always loved to draw and she loves horses. I thought she'd enjoy this, but I had no idea it would turn out to be as wonderful as it has. Almost immediately she was able to closely follow the end result of these drawings. The step-by-step directions are very well presented and easy to follow. It's a special thing for a parent to see the look of extreme pride on their childs face when they've done something well. Thank you so much! LCauley Rating: - Give 1-2-3 Draw Horses an AppleI bought this book for my niece for Christmas (she's five) and she spent all Christmas morning ignoring her new raz-r scooter and dolls drawing with this book. The book is both engaging and fun. Her horse drawings were very good as a result of the wonderful step-by-step illustrations. I still have one of her drawings on my refrigerator. Rating: - Not that great... :-(This tells you almost nothing about drawing horses!!!!!!! The body structure in this book is wrong, they create colours that have never been horse colours, and make the horse look all bendy with no proper joints! This should be given a 2 star, and if you really want something to teach you, get either The Usborne Compeate Book Of Drawing or Draw Horses, or maybe even Draw 50 horses Rating: - Fantastic Job!If you love horses and have always wanted to learn to draw them, now is your chance! Levin takes you step-by-step through developing an image, a character if you will, that is not only recognizable, but something to be proud of. In association with Amazon.com | |
