 Rating:  - Yummy Recipes!!!A previous reviewer noted that many of the recipes in this book were for 6-8 people - too much food for just one person. But these are GOOD recipes, appropriate for the entire family! It's nice to be able to make a dish the whole family can enjoy, including the family member who has a chewing or swallowing problem. I liked this cookbook! Rating:  - Non-Chew Cook BookBook seemed outdated, as it was published in 1985. Recipes were very high in Carbs and fat. Most served 6-8 people. How many members of a family can not chew, book was a disappointment. Rating: - Written for people with chewing, swallowing and dry mouth.I am the author of the NON CHEW COOKBOOK which was written for people with chewing, swallowing and dry mouth disorders. The cookbook has been endorised by many health care professionals. Spiral bound so it will lay flat and has index tabs. Foreword written by an oral surgeon, helpful hints chapet and a chapter by a R.D.
