It is basically an advertisement for the NAET method of allergy removal. That method might very well do everything claimed, but I was hoping to get some insight into what I might do for MYSELF. That was missing. Instead, an introduction into the struggles of the author, some of the theory behind energy therapy, and a basic introduction into muscle testing.
