 Rating: - A Great Guidebook for ManagersAfter being coached myself by an executive coach, I was asked to start coaching my direct reports. This book was quite helpful in getting me off to a good start. It was a great roadmap and included things like identifying good development objectives, what kinds of questions to ask, and dozens of tips for carrying on good coaching conversations. If you are relatively new to coaching your people, I'd highly recommend it.
