 Rating: - Learn by exampleThis 63-page pamphlet contains five realistic dialogs between subject and coach. I found it quite helpful in understanding how to construct questions that are both challenging and effective in getting to the heart of the matter, in helping people open up. The situations facing the subjects were realistic and typical. Instructive! Rating: - A Good Preview of CoachingI read this book several weeks before I started working with an executive coach. Since coaching was new to me, this book provided a nice preview of what it would be like. It also spurred me on to identify a couple of key issues that I wanted to get some coaching help on. It was easy to read and gave me a good "feel" for coaching.
